How long does it take to get set
up with your services?
Once you complete all the required documents (W-9, Carrier Profile Sheet, Signed Agreement) that process can take up to 10-20 minutes.
Do I have to have my own authority?
YES
Can I pick the areas where I want to travel?
Of course, We work for you! Our industry leading software helps us to pinpoint areas to maximize your profits.
Is there a binding contract between the Dispatcher and Carrier?
No, we do not force our services on anyone. You are more than welcome to use as much or as little time as you like.
What is our service fee?
We ask for 10% of each completed booked load and 12% including factoring, invoicing, etc.
How does the dispatcher get paid?
We have an excellent partnership with factoring companies so that both parties can get paid in a timely manner.
